Flat nose rocker and a good tail rocker for tight turns, helps keep speed throughout man oeuvres. Much of its secret is in the combination of the bottom and rails. It can be used as a thruster for the most radical or a quad that will give an extra grip and drive.

“A good option for this model is to do the tail in swallow since it will take away some of the nerve when we do a more powerful surf, as well as the incorporation of a stabilizing fifth keel into the quad.”

Meant to be ridden as a twin, the Zen 4 holds a line in tubes with the help from its 4-channel bottom. The double wing pin tail gives this model stability in heavier, hollow waves.

The Zen 4 carves well on the face and doesn't have that "wash out" feel at the end of turns. The Zen 4 has a relaxed rocker which makes it a great paddler in all conditions. Designed to be ridden in better waves, the Zen 4 also excels in below average surf.

Chemistry 40 OZ

The 40 oz. model crams a ton of volume in a smaller size shortboard. For example, we can get 50L of volume in a 6'0"!

The 40 oz. model carries all its volume in the chest area enabling it to have great paddle power, while the tail is thinned out for maximum maneuverability.

The bottom contour is a slight single concave with vee that starts in front of the fins and exits through the tail. This allows you to control a board with a lot of volume.

We recommend shaving 4-6" off your normal sized board when ordering this model.

The Alchemist has been a top selling small wave board since its addition to the product line.

The minion model was spawned from wanting to put an ultra-easy small wave paddler into the Chemistry lineup.

This model replaces your need for a longboard when the surf is subpar. Equipped with a 5-fin set up, this gives you plenty of fin options to keep you in the water on the slow days.

The fuller round nose makes this board ultra-friendly to the novice surfer, while still maintaining performance for the more advance surfer to “cheat” in small waves.

The outline is pulled in towards the tail making this board easy to whip around, while the double barrel to vee gives it a pivot point to turn off. We suggest you order this model 2-4” shorter than your normal shortboard.

Bottom: single concave to double barrel with vee off tail. Tail: squash, rounded, squash diamond. The minion model is our latest addition to our small wave line.
