In the construction process of your surfboard we will use top tier foam providers (like bennett foam Australia), preshape with one of the best automatic CNC machines (Akushaper Austrailia) to millimeter shape your board from a 3D design, fine hand shape by our shaper, add the fin sockets, carefully hand paint the foam with your custom design, laminate with s-glass and premium resins at a thermometer controlled temperature drying rooms. To finish,  we will glass your surfboard, and sand or polish it depending is you preferences.
