Product Returns: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current e-commerce withdrawal regulations, we grant consumers a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Products that are custom-made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or made to order, are not eligible for withdrawal — meaning no returns, modifications, or cancellations will be accepted.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We ship throughout mainland Spain, the Canary and Balearic Islands, as well as to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla — and also to Europe.
The production time for surfboards is approximately 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the model, as each board is handcrafted and may vary depending on customization.
Once manufactured, the estimated delivery time is:

All delivery times are calculated in business days and may be affected by local or national holidays.
