The 40 oz. model contains a lot of volume in a short rail line.
The 40 oz model was a favorite of our customers when we introduced it in the early 2000s. 20 years later we are re-introducing this model for the beginner/heavier/older surfer who is looking for a performance shortboard.

The 40 oz. model crams a ton of volume in a smaller size shortboard. For example, we can get 50L of volume in a 6’0″!
The 40 oz. model carries all its volume in the chest area enabling it to have great paddle power, while the tail is thinned out for maximum maneuverability.
The bottom contour is a slight single concave with vee that starts in front of the fins and exits through the tail. This allows you to control a board with a lot of volume.
We recommend shaving 4-6″ off your normal sized board when ordering this model.
Searching between dozens of shapes could be overwhelming. Each one have their pros an cons, we know them and we could quickly advice.
We manufacture on demand, we will not try to sell you a board that is getting only in the shelf.
